Surprisingly versatile little unit. From ~4 weeks of use, everything seems to be working as advertised. The network and DDNS services seem to work well although installation across a wireless LAN was not for the faint of heart. (Hint - to use the client viewer within your LAN, use your internal IP address, not your DDNS.) I had to figure out port forwarding and related issues on my own, as I never did get a response from "customer service." Picture resolution (esp. IR) is a little grainy but within tolerance. The network client / viewer is a little simplistic and could use an upgrade. The software interface with the DVR is very elementary and could use a major upgrade, but again, within tolerance. I would probably buy it again. Overall I would give this unit a solid B, but I would give Lorex customer service a failing grade.
